Advising

As an S&TC major, you will have access to two advisers:

1. A CLA college adviser who covers the following issues:
   • Tracking  your Liberal Education requirements
   • Processing transfer credits
   • Releasing registration holds
   • Making  APAS changes
   • Clearing you for graduation
   Your CLA aviser is part of your CLA student community (Communications and Media). You are encouraged to meet with your CLA adviser once per year to track your progress on completing all requirements for graduation.
   
   
2. An S&TC major adviser who covers the following issues relate to your major coursework:
   • Enrolling you in the S&TC major
   • Maintaining your S&TC course enrollment form
   • Approving course substitutions
   • Registering for Internships
   You are encouraged to meet with your S&TC major adviser once each semester or academic year to track your progress on the S&TC major requirements.
