Internships
After getting into the scientific and technical communication major, you can begin an internship. Usually you intern during your senior year.
Before your internship, you should complete:
- WRIT 1301 or 1401
- WRIT 3562
- at least two other upper division WRIT courses (preferably 4561)
Graduate students with experience in the technical communication field are not required to complete an internship. Talk with your adviser for more information.
